Buttermilk Walffles

I told a few people I would post this recipe. It is my favorite for waffles. I got it from Noah's dad.

3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 TB sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/3 cups buttermilk

Beat eggs then add oil and mix again. Then add remaining ingredients. I just use the hand mixer and mix it all together although some say it makes the waffles better if you fold in the last ingredients. Pour batter on hot waffle iron.
